Currently Texas State Senator for District 11 and Chairman of the Senate Education Committee.  Served 5 terms in the Texas House of Representatives, where he represented District 24 and was the Republican Caucus Chairman and a member of the Texas Sunset Commission. Former Board Member of FC Holdings, Inc., Family Bancorp, Inc. and the bank now known as Vantage Bank Texas. Graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Business.

Founded Beta International in 1976, a global supplier of valves and piping equipment to the oil and gas industry. He sold controlling interest in 2009 and remains a shareholder and director of Beta. He also owns Haygood Scientific Tool, a precision Machine Shop, a company founded in 1953, which he purchased in 1986, and is involved in commercial real estate in Houston.  Bobby attended the University of Houston where he majored in economics. He and his wife Jeri’ have lived in Friendswood for over 30 years.

President of Hill Sand Company, Inc., a land fill/sand sales company based in Pearland, Texas. President of Dixie Farm Road Landfill, Hill Waste Services, Pearland Industrial Park, Inc., Hill Terra Development Corp. No. 1 & No. 2, and Dark Horse Investments, LLC. Trey serves as a board member and coach of the Friendswood Youth Football Association and a coach in Friendswood Little League Baseball. Trey is a Board Member of The Doiron Legends of Friendswood Golf Tournament.

CEO of Texan Bank, and Co-Founder, Director, and CEO of Friendswood Capital Corporation, Kenny’s previous experience includes being the Co-Founder, Chairman, CEO, and President of Family Bancorp, Inc., and its subsidiary bank, now known as Vantage Bank Texas. In addition, he served as a Director, President and Chief Operating Officer at First Community Bank, Houston, a National Bank which was sold to Wells Fargo Bank in 2005. Prior to his banking career, Kenny was employed for more than twenty years with the Texas-New Mexico Power Company, where he served in numerous management roles. Other business positions include being the Founder/CEO of Friendswood Energy Generation Company in 2011, a company which was sold to Quantum Energy in 2015. In addition, he served in the recent past as a Director for the Icon Wellness Clinic. Kenny is currently a Partner for HC Industrial Partners, a firm he co-founded in 2015.


Kenny was previously elected by the public to the Friendswood ISD Board of Trustees (School Board) for three terms, and to two terms on the Galveston County Consolidated Drainage District Board. He also served after being appointed by Commissioners Court to the Galveston County Beach and Parks Board. As an appointee of Texas Governor, Rick Perry, Kenny served on the Texas Housing and Health Services Coordinating Council. Currently, he serves as a Director on the Board of Innovative Alternatives, as well as the Friendswood Education Foundation Board. In addition, Texas Governor, Greg Abbott, appointed Kenny to the Board of Commissioners of Pilots, Ports of Galveston County, where he currently serves as Commission Chairman. Kenny earned his BA at the University of Houston/Clear Lake, where he delivered the commencement speech to the December, 2016, graduates of the College of Business, and College of Human Sciences and Humanities.

Kristi Koncaba currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Operating Officer of Texan Bank. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of Friendswood Capital Corporation, the bank holding company for Texan Bank. Ms. Koncaba has co-founded two bank holding companies in Texas, Friendswood Capital Corporation and Family Bancorp, Inc., both of which received regulatory approval to acquire Texan Bank and the bank now known as Vantage Bank, respectively. She has fifteen years of commercial banking experience, including successful completion of 7 mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Koncaba has representative expertise, achieved at the above-mentioned banks as well as well as FC Holdings, Inc. and First Community Bank, N.A., in the following areas: Human Resources, Information Technology, Bank Operations, Marketing, Training and Facilities. Her prior experience in other industries include negotiating contracts in international logistics with Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group, positions in Accounting and Information Technology at Equistar/Lyondell Chemical Company and a Human Resources internship at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Ms. Koncaba is currently a Board Member of the Perry Family YMCA, a non-profit organization who provides local families the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive through low cost programs and direct financial assistance for families in need. In addition, she serves on the Innovative Alternatives, Inc. Board of Directors, a non-profit organization whose primary mission is to provide free counseling and other services to assist in the healing and recovery of victims of violent crimes as well as counseling, training and violence prevention. Ms. Koncaba also serves on the South Belt – Ellington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She currently maintains the following professional certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), HR Houston, Texas Bay Area SHRM and Financial Women in Texas (FWIT). She earned a Bachelor of Science in American Jurisprudence and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. Ms. Koncaba was a 2013 Change Magazine "Women Creating Change" Honoree, and she was recently honored with the 2016 University of Houston – Clear Lake Early Achievement Award, presented by the UHCL Alumni Association.  2017 Perry Family YMCA Volunteer of the Year presented by the YMCA of Greater Houston for volunteerism, ethic of service and commitment to equality.

CEO and Chairman of NovoLink Communications, Inc. Prior to NovoLink, Mr. Leonards served as President and Vice Chairman of CapRock Communications. He was responsible for growing the company from a Dallas based resale service provider to a regional facilities based CLEC serving five states. Mr. Leonards founded IWL Communications in 1981, a company specializing in building turnkey telecommunication facilities for the oil and gas industry with companies operating in remote regions of the world. He served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer from 1981 until 1998 and took the company public in 1997 (NASD: IWLC). In 1999, he merged IWL Communications Inc. with CapRock Communications Inc. (NASD: CPRK), and helped build the company to $1 billion market capitalization prior to being sold to McLeod Communications in 2001. Prior to IWL Communications, he managed the Houston division of Bibbins & Rice Electronics, a regional telecommunications service company. He earned an Industrial Electronics and Telecommunications degree from T.H. Harris Technical College in Opelousas, LA.
